Joseph has been a nurse on the front lines of the healthcare system for the past 12 years, working as a caregiver, licensed practical nurse, and now a registered nurse. Joseph recently earned a bachelor of science in nursing from Millersville University ( BSN). Joseph works and runs his own private home care business. With firsthand experience working in a nursing home, Joseph understands the difficulties seniors face when transitioning from their homes where they were independent, free, and making their own decisions to a complex life of being guided, someone deciding for them, and having no freedom to make life decisions. With this in mind, Joseph decided to start his own home care business where he can assist seniors and their loved ones in living comfortably at home while enjoying their lives, old age, and a conducive environment. While his primary focus is his private company, which he co-owns with his wife, he also works as an acute care staff nurse in one of the local hospitals. Joseph is passionate about his nursing career.
